I'm looking for help installing NAVTEQ map update in my 2011 TSX Sports Wagon. Had problem with first disk and Navteq sent me a replacement disk. Still having problems. When I put disk into CD player for installation, the display just shows "reading disc" but nothing happens even after a very long time. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Help would be appreciated. Any ideas? Thanks.

You don't put the NAVTEQ DVD into your CD player. You put it into the navigation DVD reader. I am not sure about the '11 wagon, but for my '04 TSX it is located in the trunk!

The 2011 wagon only has one player and that's in the dash. But here's the best part. I was informed yesterday by Acura Navigation Center (888-549-3798) that the 2012 Green DVD update ver 8.110 is problem ridden. The disc is NG. They are refunding me what I paid and will notify me by email when an error free DVD is available sometime in the not too distant future. God bless Acura. I find this out after pulling my hair out trying to get the update DVD to work. I should know better . . . . I lived thru their Auto Transmission disaster with the 2000-2003 TL series. That was when the techs at the service dept were replacing so many transmissions that they actually had the job down to 90 minutes. And even then the replacements were failing also. Some TL owners were on their third transmission. I only had to replace mine once.

45 Minutes for me (once the car is up in the air and fluids drained)
