Hello,

I purchased a 2022 MDX Certified pre owned car 3 months ago from an Acura dealer in Dallas, TX.
However, there was a spare tire when I first signed the contract, but after purchasing the car, I checked now and there is no spare tire.
What should I do in this case?

When purchasing a car, is the spare tire basically not included in the CPO?
(I basically thought that the spare tire would be included when purchasing the car)

When I bought the car, they asked me to buy an additional package (tinting, etc.).
(You probably know that all car dealers do upcharges this way these days.)
I'm afraid that if I go to the dealer and make a claim about it, they will reject it with an extra package.

I am very confused. Could you give me some advice in this regard?

I purchased a spare from Modern Spare. You could also purchase one from the dealer. In my case the dealer was TOO expensive and the spare was on back order.

CPO has no ties to spare, the dealer removed it before turning it over to you! Do you have the jack and tire sealent and compressor! These cars never came with a spare only AWD. The previous owner probably bought it as an accessory! You are entitled to that spare, since the car should be sold as presented and equipped! The additional package dealer was trying to sell you did not include spare!
I would go back and say there was a spare tire in the car when looking at it, but now its gone!
