Hi, I have problem with my "Honda Legend 1990 Coupe" rear Defogger. When I press its switch to ON, it makes a click sound and a light turns ON on its button. However the rear Defogger doesn't operate. I have done a Voltage check on the Defogger at rear itself and it shows 0.35 Volts. Fuse underneath the steering wheel are all OK. I have taken a picture of Fusebox under the hood which I can send to your email, as I don't really know what each fuse is for. What could be the problem? You reply will greatly be appreciated.
