so i have some rear speaker/sub rattle when ever there is a song that has a little to much bass. i was just wondering if anyone has had the same problems and how they fixed it. did you take the speaker or anything out and how did you do it.

Try adding some dynamat or something like spray insulation underneath the fuzzy panels (Is there another word for this? I can't think of it). I had that done to mine because I have a 15" sub and it would rattle. The extra weight keeps the trunk lid down.

Word of Caution: My trunk lid is heavy enough to chop fingers off when closing from not that high. Think of that much weight added.

Could be the cone of the speaker starting to rip. Are you running actual subs or do you just mean that you hear some rattle when the lows hit?
