Hi /everybody/

I know it may be a commun thread. I wounder what does the little red switch do under the dash. 'cause it seems to do nothing at all.

I have search through honda-tech and acura forum but I found nothing..
People says it may be "the alarm switch". Anybody knows?

Well, it'll be hard to tell, because it's not a factory switch. It's also too conspicuous to me to be a kill switch. You'll just have to see what it affects if anything at all, or start wire tracing to see what circuit it's hooked up to.

i bet its a poorly placed aftermarket alarm kill or something like that????

It's not the alarm, we never had alarm problems or 'thief'.
I think I'll wire trace. Cause that switch is fuckin' useless.


Or as I read on other forums ~ It's the Flux Capacitor switch!!!

(EDIT) Or it may be a killswitch. First I tough it was to reset the bashboard lights, or for the 'after turning off the motor-fan switch'. And before someone say it ~ No, it's not a NOS switch.. xD

does it have a double din head unit? could be a bypass so it lets you watch DVDs on the road
