I have a 2000 TL and want to change the rear tail lens to look like the 2002(white replaces yellow). Does anyone know if the 02 lens fits the 00? If it does,do you have to do any rewireing? Has anyone had any success with any after market tail lens? Any suggestions or pics would be great.

the light housing itself will fit no problem, but i heard that the harness behind it is different, and i think one of the bulb size is different too. so i suggest you changing the whole thing

I was looking around the trunk and i cant figure out how to take off the old tail lights...anyone give me some clues? thanks
