So i have the OEM spoiler - any songs with bass make it rattle - this plasticky sounding rattle - i push down on the center of it - it stops... what can i do?

is there any gaps you can see by the spoiler? Maybe you can put some weather striping if there is a gap. OR tighten up the screws from under the trunk lid. :dunno:

I'd check the bolts under the trunk... retighten them abit. See it works. If not, then go with the weatherstrippin idea. HOpe you get rid of the rattlin problem.

Sounds like loose wires to me. If any of the other ideas dont work...unscrew the spoiler off yourself and try to zip tie as much of the wires as tight as you can.

No, I fixed Soopa's car at the TL Meet in NJ. He had the same problem.

Open your trunk lid. On the sides of the trunk lid are two rubber stoppers. They are threaded so as you turn counterclockwise they come further out.

Turn them out a little bit and then close your trunk. Crank up the tunes. If it still rattles, turn it a little more until the rattle goes away.
