This is weird. I was driving on the freeway at around 75mph, when I felt a sudden but slight sensation that the car started to drift. It was on a straight stretch of road so I assumed that a mechanical component had broken. Afterwards, the car drives okay and doesn't pull or anything. But I could tell that something wasn't quite right. I went over a few "speed humps" and instead of the susspension bouncing the car up and down, the car rocks diagonally on the suspension. Driver rear and passenger front.
Did I blow out a shock? Ball joint?

Hard to say until you get the wheels up in the air. A simple procedure of raising each wheel, and wiggling them side to side and up and down should yield some kind of answer. In this case, there isn't a specific direction that I can point to, since it seems to affect both the front and rear of the vehicle.
