I looked at a 2002 TL with 127200 k on it. No rust or dents some scratchs hear and there. new tires trans service done new belts and hoses and new brakes. Now with maybe $500 in body work she would look nice. I got the guy down to $5495 with a 60 day or 2 k warranty on the car.
what do you guys think. I am new to these cars and want to know if this is a good price. Going to have a shop look at it first if I am going to buy it.

I think that's a good price. The mileage is low, but then again, I only have 128K on my 02 TL-S. But the car runs like new. Sounds like maintenance is up-to-date, if everything checks out, I think that's a good price for the car. It's a great ride and can easily go another 200K. I'd say go for it.
