Anyone know exactly how to take it out? Are there any screws or is it just clipped in? Any and all help is appreciated before I attempt to remove it myself later on today. Thanks!

you mean you wanna change out the rear brake lights? it's not hard. open up your truck (i will use the driver side as an example), on the left side very close to the top side you will see a nob (the one that you use to hang your trunk basket if you have one). unscrew that thing, take it out. and now you can simple PULL the whole cover out and you will see ALL the bulbs inside ;)

Those are great instructions Henry,

But I believe he was asking about the Third brake light, the one on top of the subwoofer. ;)

Johnny,
Here is how you do it..
For just the bulbs, open the trunk up, look undereth the brake light from the trunk.

You'll see two sockets where the bulbs are located, unclip the wire socket with the bulb out of the housing by turning it counter clockwise..

pull the bulb straight out of the socket.. replace with a new one..

EDIT:
I reread your post again.. and it almost sounds like you want to remove the whole cover.. it's easy as well.. you'll have to get to the side of the subwoofer cover, pull from the back first, then the front.. there is a flat plastic part that slides behind the rear seat and the read deck.. just pull it straight up out of that..

Thanks for the detailed explanation Edub, but I was able to get it off in about 5 minutes. My main concern was that there might be a screw or something and that I would break the plastic by pulling on it. And yes, I wanted to remove the cover, not the bulbs. Thanks for the help though guys!

Yeah, it's easy to take it out. I did mine once when I was installing INSPIRE sunshade.

Hey Johnny, do you mind telling why you're taking it out?
