Timing Belt & Water Pump - 2001 Acura 1.7EL

Hey everyone, I have a 2001 Acura 1.7EL with approx. 110,000KM. The timing belt & water pump have not been changed. The manual suggests 84 months / 176,000 km: Replace timing belt and inspect water pump. This means that it should have been replaced in 2008. How long can I keep going without replacing it because I don't have close to 176,000KM.
