I want to put 50% on my front windshield
Then keep the 30% on my driver and passenger front windows and limo the back side 2 windows and the full back window.

Do you think with putting 50% on the front windshield you will even be bale to see in to the car at night. Also do you think I risk getting pulled over. Living in AZ the laws are very lax about this. I mean limo is fine on the back, 30% is fine on the front but i'm worried about the 50% on the windshield. Has anyone else done this or seen this. If so does it look good and do you have pics. Thanks

My dad has something on the front. I don't know what % it is. But I had 50% on the sides of my old car and its pretty light. Hardly looked tinted at all. My dad's winshield lets through plenty of light. But when you look at something at a distance its distorted. But it doesn't look that way on the side windows. Maybe because its an older windshield and has some inperfections, the tint magnifies it. Very annoying to look through.

There is a guy in Chicago who has a CLS w/ 35% all around (including windshield). He says that his HIDs give him the extra light he needs at night.

Given that, I don't think 50% should be toooooo bad.

Moving to correct forum.

Well anything on the front windsheild will look greater tinted because of the angle of the windshield compared to other windows. That's why i'm hoping i can see someone elses car before I do it. I remember Latrell Spreewell had his SL500 Limo all around and I don't know what the front was but the only way you could look into it was to go up close. (The Knicks practice in the same gym as our high school basketball team so we always got to see their phat rides) Latrell and Glen Rice won hands down.:D

Well I thought about it and after talking to Ken I decided to go
20% all around which just means I need to change my front two windows. Then I'm gonna look at someones car down here who has 50% on the front windshield, and I'll prob end up gpoing to 35% for the front. So at night there will be no way you can see me, and during the day you can just about see me;) :D
