What tire pressure should I be using if I am running 225 45 18 Bridgestone S03's?

Check out if there is a max psi rating on the tire itself..
That should give you an idea of what to put.. not quite the max, but enough..

my guess would be something like 40psi

depends on how hard or soft you want your ride. It also depends on the weather.

for a soft ride, you are good at 35 psi
for a little firmer ride, the way i like it...40 psi

I have 235/40-18 Kumho's that I set at 36 psi all around. My rule of thumb is to set it at 10 psi less than the max pressure cold and 8 psi less if the tire is hot. Some may consider this a little high, but I'd rather sacrifice a little comfort for the added rim protection. Personal preference I guess.

For my 18s, I set it at 38 all around. You really have to experiment on your own set of tires and suspension setup.

it really depends on the ride quality. you can most likely find the max pressure for your tire and i usually put in 10% less than that pressure
