I have a 2008 TL Type S that keep will randomly say there is a system error, but will go away when the car is turn off and turn back on. Any suggestions on fixing it, would be greatly appreciated?

Sounds to me like you have 1 or more Tire Pressure Monitors that have bad batteries and the signal to the receivers is too weak to register. I just got 4 new TPMS sensors for my '07 TL along with my new tires because they were all having issues. They do get old and either need to be reactivated up or replaced. Go to your favorite tire shop and have them see if they can get a signal from all 4 of them.
