I was curious as to see if there are any worthy upgrades to do? My car is a 2004 Acura TL, auto trans, with 78,xxx miles.

There's a guy here with '04 Acura TL 6-speed manual and got good intake and exhaust. You may want to check them and do some research as he's very impressed with them:

Tanabe Medalion Touring Cat-Back - considered most quiet with good performance
2. ATLP Base stage 2 exhaust - bit quiet but roar loud when you step on it
