Ive been trying to solve a problem on my sisters car for a couple weeks now, and need some help.

Working on an 05 RSX Base model automatic

I dont have a picture at the moment so im going to try and explain best i can at what part is giving me problems.

When looking at the intake pipe between the throttle body and the air box, there is a hose that stems off to the left and connects to a plastic piece that is connected to a nut that bolts into the engine. On top of this piece there is another hose that stems off and run up and to the left side of the engine. This plastic piece is broken at the hose that leads to the intake pipe.

Its causing high rpms at idle and rough shifts from neutral into first and causing the car to take longer than normal to shift. I need to replace this plastic piece but do not know what it is called.

If anyone could help out that would be awesome. Thanks in advance

i doubt you'll find much help around here. Kind of a dead forum. I'd try clubrsx.com
