My previous car was a 1995 Honda Accord. Every 50k or so I'd have a buddy (who knew what he was doing) adjust the valves. Wow! What a difference in performance - totally noticeable.

Well, I've moved to Minnesota and lost contact with my mechanic buddy - and I'm wondering if I should find someone to adjust the valves on my 2006 RL. Has anyone had this done and do you recommend it on the RL?

I do recommend this on V6 Honda/Acura vehicles that came out around the same time as your RL. Many times, techs have found them to be on the tight side (including on my Ridgeline).
