Is it possible to put on multiple layers of carnauba wax? If so, how long should I wait in between waxing? 1 hour? So it'd be like wax, buff, wait, wax, buff, etc...
how many layers would be recommended?
Yes, that is possible, but after about 2-3 layers, I don't see the reason why you would want to do more.
Yes, basically, buff out, then re-apply, buff out.
One thing to remember is use VERY VERY thin layer of wax on the car. If the car looks like it hardly has ANY wax on it when applying, then its the right amount.
More layers of wax doesn't help the duration of the product. The
main failing of wax is its low heat tolerance and it's weak resistance
to akaline. It'll wash off in a week (2 weeks tops) regardless of
the number of layers in normal conditions. Personally I don't think
more than one coat helps the shine at all. The reason to go more
than one layer imo is if you're using a cleaner wax and you have
surface scratches.
