Yes, that is possible, but after about 2-3 layers, I don't see the reason why you would want to do more.

Yes, basically, buff out, then re-apply, buff out.

One thing to remember is use VERY VERY thin layer of wax on the car. If the car looks like it hardly has ANY wax on it when applying, then its the right amount.

I think you should be good to go right after the buff out since its while buffing it out, you've cured it also.
