Which way do you think i can get more money for.. Part out or sell as 1 piece?

- Port and Polished head w/ 5 angle valve job (ALL ENGINE HEAD INTERNAL ARE SKUNK 2)
- Individual throttle bodies
- 4 to 1 DC Headers
- Full APEXi N1 Competition Exhaust w/ silencer

THIS IS JUST A VERY FEW THINGS ABOUT THIS CAR. Look NO Joke this car has been a project that was never finished. It is not running right now but i do know why its not running dont have the money to invest into the car so i need to sell it. Serious people only If your very interested. Im looking for offers. DONT Low Ball me. Fair offers. Everything in this engine is virtually brand new. I have drove less than a 1,000 miles on it. I can tell you the shops that have worked on the car. The front bumper was off because i had to have it towed and didnt want to scratch anything. Body is in perfect Shape. ALL FIBER GLASS molded as 1.
