2021 RDX, with about 2,500 miles on it.

Sometimes when I lower the windows, they "chatter" as they go down...almost as if they're hanging up slightly on the weather seal at the base of the window.

Is this a common problem? If so, is there a common (easy) fix, or am I destined for a visit to the dealer?

Thanks!

In the past when this has happened to me (I had slow-moving windows) I came across a YT video that showed me how to spray some silicone lubricant (NOT oil-based lube, NOT regular WD-40) into the window's tracks. That fixed things right up for me. So, I did a quick YT search and found a similar video you may like:

Hope this helps you out.

Is there anything special about the lubricant? White grease?
There is a claim that it is special. It is not a white lithium grease. I had tried that. It is clear. And a Honda service department applied it to the window track on my ‘13 Accord I had years ago and the chatter went away and never came back.
