Yellow top Optima battery

Hey,
If you are going to run a system then DO NOT use this battery. It will mess up the alternator on the car. I spoke with a tech at OHIO GENERATOR's and they informed me that these battery's don't properly drain and that it will have a negative affect on the alternator. I currently have a Yellow Top and I am about to change to the Blue Top as per his advise. The Blue one is better for high performance systems. I am currently running over 2000 Watts in my car. I have a 1999 Acura TL 3.2
