2003 Acura TL Steering Wheel Controls Volume not working

The radio station changer button works sometimes if u press it really hard but the volume up and down dont work. Also cruise control works fine. Checked fuses all are fine.

I know theres is a service bulletin out for this

but I dont think that applies to me since all buttons work except the volume up and down work

I have the same problem and I tried to view your link to the bulletin however I don't have access to the pdf file. A password is required to view the document. Were you able to get this resolved. Please let me know..
