Replacing broken stud

Hi all. I read some earlier posts about how to replace a broken stud, but I haven’t found a solid answer about how to replace it. I have a ’95 Integra LS hatchback. Unfortunately the design does not lend itself to convenience. There is something blocking the back of the stud so I can’t just hit it out with a hammer. What that something is, is what I need help with. Someone posted previously that the whole bearing needs to come out, but it looks like maybe just the hub needs to come out of the knuckle. I don’t know too much about the front suspension assembly so I appreciate any good advice you can offer me. About 6 months ago I replaced the axle and ever since then my car makes a clicking noise when I take a turn. Maybe a ball joint is busted?
